Coriander
Coriander (the fresh herb) is low in histamine and well tolerated at typical amounts.
Fresh coriander leaves — the same plant as cilantro — contain no significant histamine and aren't known to trigger its release.
-
Same plant, different names — in many countries, 'coriander' refers to the fresh leaves (called cilantro in North America); both are the same low-histamine herb
-
Seed vs leaf — coriander seeds come from the same plant but have a very different flavor profile; both are considered low histamine (see coriander seeds)
A versatile, gentle herb whether you call it coriander or cilantro.
