Miracle noodles

Low histamine

Made from konjac, a plant root with no histamine or known histamine-triggering properties.

Miracle noodles are made from konjac flour and water — about as minimal as an ingredient list gets.

  • Konjac is inert — this plant-based fiber doesn't contain histamine or trigger your body to release its own stored histamine

  • Watch the packaging — plain konjac noodles are fine, but some flavored or marinated versions may include vinegar or additives that are less well-tolerated

The plain, unflavored variety is the safest starting point.
