Added vitamins

Low histamine

Added vitamins are low in histamine. Fortification nutrients have no bearing on histamine.

Covers the nutrients added back to enriched flour and fortified foods: thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, reduced iron, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3 and similar.

They are listed here so the ingredient links somewhere. Thiamine mononitrate is worth one note: the name contains nitrate, but it is vitamin B1 and has nothing to do with the curing salts used in processed meat.
