Lactobacillus rhamnosus
Lactobacillus rhamnosus is rated low. It is one of the strains more often described as histamine-neutral, though strain-level behaviour varies.
A common probiotic strain in supplements and some dairy.
It is generally not among the strains flagged as histamine producers, but a species name alone cannot tell you what a specific product contains.
As always, the fermented product carrying the culture is a separate question from the culture itself.
