How do I log a meal or symptom?

From the home screen, tap the + button to create a new entry. You can log foods, symptoms, and how you're feeling at any time throughout the day.

How does the AI report work?

Histamine Tracker analyzes your logged entries from the past 7 days and looks for patterns between what you ate and how you felt. The more consistently you log, the more useful your reports become.

How much data do I need before generating a report?

You need at least one food entry and one feelings entry. That said, reports are most helpful after a few days of consistent logging.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to you. We do not sell or share your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your data from the More tab in the app.
